Therese Clark  03:35

Hi. And thank you for having me. You're the badass and I'm so happy to be here with you right now.

Shannon O'Brien  03:40

We can be badass is hanging out together. I love it. I love it. We are going to be talking today about self care down there. And you know, there's so many things that that our clients call their bits. So we are going to we're going to talk about what it's actually called the parts a lot of people think it's the vagina, which is actually the inside for those of you that don't know. So we're gonna be talking about how to care for the outside, which is called the vulva. And you were talking about having a vo volution where we really get to understand what it is about all all our parts down there and how to take care of them properly. So let me back up and let me give you the stage to educate people. First of all on who is Teres Keilar. And how did you come to find if to found lady sweet?

Therese Clark  04:35

Yeah, that's a great question. Who am I these days? No, I I actually am somebody who created lady sweet out of my own struggles. My boba health struggles. And I remember this kid in seventh grade. He like came up to me. He's like, Hey, do you have a vulva? And I'm like, actually, yeah, but my dad just sold it. And he just starts laughing I'm seeing and everyone's like laughing and I'm like, Why am I being laughed at? And so Mike Ha, he said boba, and I went to look it up in the dictionary, because that's what you had back then. And sure enough, it's the external parts of the vagina. And I was just like, mortified that, first of all that that happened. And secondly, I didn't even know the names of these parts. Even at 12 years old, I was always like, Huh, what's happening down there, but to sort of embarrassed to like, even think about it. By the way, this is leading somewhere. I also have a mom who's a labor delivery nurse, and she has her head of vaginas all day long. She's now just retired last year, and she's someone that also couldn't say, vulva or vagina around me and didn't really teach me about periods or anything that I was kind of going through. So it was just an interesting part of this of my body that was out of sight out of mind. And then fast forward to my career. I'm a product developer by trade. So I specialize more in clean beauty, clean skincare. And it was at the time when that and all of these women in my life started getting pregnant. And I was asked by a client to develop a skincare line for pregnancy. And of course, when that happens, you have to really think about hey, what's what's happening down there. And then literally at the same time, my body started to change. I my hair fell out. The first signs of struggles were in my skin, there were red irritate redness, irritation, itchiness, dryness. And then I gained 60 pounds in four months, I went from doctor to doctor, and I was go, I went to an endocrinologist who said, you have medical guests. Now you might have thyroid. Wait, you could have PCOS. Oh, by the way, if you had a penis, we figured this out by now. So it was like shit. It was the first real foray into a women's health doesn't matter as much. And it's kind of kind of a joke. And so all of these things started to happen. And guess what, they started happening down there. And so not only was I suffering, I was taking medications that made things worse, I went from the doctor to you know, the lab, the drugstore, and like there was really nothing that was helping me and nothing that was going to work long term. So that's sort of the in this infancy for the line. Um, but what I ended up doing was actually creating the first medically validated probiotic skincare line with one of the top scientists who really took me under his wing and he's like, you know, if you really want to do this, you need to smarten up. And I was like, okay, sure I'll smarten up. And he wasn't joking. He literally walked away. I mean, never came back. It was like a scene out of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Here's the god stubborn bales. And you know, he's kind of like, Okay, wow. And he's like, You need to take your marketing hat off and you need to put your health hat on, on because this is an immune organ. And you know, your body and your and your skin work hand in hand, as well as your gut, your brain, your stresses all of these things. And so that's the long story short of how lady sweet started to come into fruition. I didn't end up doing lady sweet in the brand that I started. It wasn't the right partnership. That's a whole other podcast. I'd love to have with you.

Therese Clark  08:26

But I ended up sort of waiting and doing a shit ton of research. So I talked to probably a span of 500 to 1000 women over from 2010 to like 2015 who were all kind of having issues whether it was from grooming, you know, your typical gateway drug, I think is your ingrown hair to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation to what why oh, do I have odor down here to people that had chronic infections like bacteria, BV or yeast infections, all the way to perimenopause menopause, you lose integrity, and then sex starts to hurt. So there's this like myriad of all these conditions, but no one was talking about it. And the solutions were pretty crappy, full of, you know, just ingredients that are not okay for women's bodies endocrine disrupters linked to hormone chain like imbalances and, and so that's sort of, you know, the evolution and I pulled in that same scientific team to help me with Lady sweet. So that's who I am. I'm someone that's really passionate about women's health. I'm someone that isn't perfect at it. I also have a hypo thyroid condition that put me into perimenopause at 28. And there wasn't a lot of brands talking to me. And so, you know, it felt like ladies suite needed to come to fruition and it was the harder thing to do so I knew it was the right thing to do. Always, always Yeah. So, in short, you know, we consider ourselves the vulvar skincare experts. We solve a lot of these common struggles with not just plant based because everyone can do a plant based product in their backyard with a Vitamix and a hairnet. You know, we're really we really consider ourselves like, pro microbiome, you know, what are we giving the skin that it can use, and that it can easily then secrete and get rid of so it doesn't have to trigger any inflammatory response. Because unfortunately, just like food can trigger gut issues. Skincare is not perfect. And everyone's immune system is different, including downstairs, our vulva areas when big immune organ, the vagina. And so what we want to do is give it what it needs without increasing an inflammatory cascade.

Shannon O'Brien  10:55

Girl a lot, right? Well, I think we need to do another podcast about how you started your own product line. Like, I mean, just from a business perspective, that's incredible, because you didn't just like, you know, private label someone else's stuff, you formulated this with scientists, you know, this isn't just, you found some private label company, slap your label on it, and you're marketing it like this is really truly product formulation. And so incredible, that there are three products in the line and a fourth that you just just announced. So we'll try that. So four products in the line. This is an a 100 product lineup. This is for products that are really targeted, we're going to talk about that in a minute. I really, we're going to do sugar tribe, we're going to be doing two classes for you about vulva, the vulva, vulva, one on one, let's call it and really what that means. And also sexual wellness, which we do not have to be sex coaches, we can introduce you to those folks later, we're not going to be sex coaches, but we do see we are right in the front lines pun intended, of really helping women to understand more about their bodies with help from folks like you. So we're gonna be talking about sexual wellness as well as it relates to your clients. And you can learn a little bit too. So your job. So that's going to be inside of our community. But today, I want to, I want to dial it back and ask some questions that for those folks that are listening to this, and maybe have some questions about some definitions, and really help us to understand the basics and the advanced stuff we'll learn inside the tribe. So first of all, what is a microbiome? I know that there are people they're like, oh, yeah, totally understand that. But if they were to be, you know, quizzed on it, they wouldn't understand. So walk us through a few things like, what is the microbiome?

Therese Clark  12:58

Yeah, sure. So you know, the microbiome is this really unique? I'll just call it protective mechanism that our body has that's made up of all sorts of things, bacteria, good and bad. Yeast, mold, fungi. And then we have these interesting cells, and innate immune that our innate immune system, our innate immune system is our skin right at the filiale that lines our skin, our mucosa our eyeballs, our vagina, parts of the vulva. So our whole skin is lined with this epithelium that can detect what's good and bad. So sometimes, just like our gut lining isn't immune, Oregon, there can be issues that happen that throw off this unique balance in our microbiome, that lessens our defense systems. And so when that happens, that's when we get things like eczema, or you know, and pretty much any issue is a result of something happening in the microbiome, like pH disruption or something. A lot of that good bacteria that we have varies from person to person, the more diverse they say the better. There's a lot of a lot more science than there was 10 years ago when I started. We do know that let's say for the microbiome in the vulva area, it contains, you know, lactobacillus is a common bacteria here that synthesizes lactic acid, which keeps things more acidic. Our skin on the outside and body have evolved over time, in some cases to be less acidic, because of environmental exposure and things like that. But down here with less exposure, most women in their reproductive years have a more acidic area. And so if you think about some of the things that we are using, and some of the products that have been marketed to women, even the wrong underwear, things like that, that can disturb the peace a lot of that is disruption to The acid mantle and the microbiome, where this good bacteria like to thrive, were basically made up with way more bacteria cells than human cells, they help control a lot of our functions in the body. When things go awry, that's when we started to feel sick and not so okay. And so when I was going through a lot of my hypothyroid issues, the first thing, the physician that I found that was more on that natural naturopath side, first thing he did was put me on probiotics, and I immediately feel that felt better. And my skin started to feel better. My gut, I started to think more clearly. So it's sort of these kinds of benefits. And now, with more like DNA sequencing, microbiome testing, we can actually see what's happening on a cellular level are these topical, let's say, like, microbiome ingredients that we're using, like post biotics Are those really helping or hurting, and there's signs that they're stimulating the immune system in a way that helps us fend off some of that unwanted bacteria. But there's also some great rejuvenating anti aging benefits, they have to,

Shannon O'Brien  16:06

you know, when we went to Beauty School, never did we think, should I went to beauty school over 20 years ago, and never did, I think I would need to understand the bacteria, you know, in our, in our lady parts.

Therese Clark  16:17

Now, I just wanted to be the next Kevin Occoquan, I didn't know that I was going to be doing this. And what I'll say is, you know, that whole time I was in the medical channel, with this probiotic skincare line talking to doctors, it was really the estheticians and nurses that I really love to work with as somebody that went from the retail side to your world. I just felt like, I'll just say you guys are more like healers. You're, you know, talking to women like humans, you're therapists. And this is nothing new. But I just think it's a special quality, almost like the modern, which I'll just say where you're the alchemists and you're finding the thing that works the best. So like, it's your job to find the right tools and put them together as a sequence for your client. It's my job to make sure that the tools I'm giving you are attuned to health. And that's why I think this is such a great marriage in general.

Shannon O'Brien  17:15

Sure, sure. You know, we see so much. We are really right there in front and center. Right, I probably see more vulvas in a day than probably even a gynecologist to be honest. Because, yeah, I mean, there's some days where I did 20 Brazilians, that's a big day. But that's a lot of it's a lot of parts. And I don't need to diagnose remember, estheticians we and cosmetologist, we are not diagnosing anything. But we do need to provide products that aren't going to hurt the skin that they are going to benefit the skin. So it's really, really critical that you understand these areas. And again, we'll have more advanced classes inside of the tribe. But let's talk about the four areas that you have products that address but let's talk about the four areas in general. So cleansing the lady parts cleansing the hair down there, so to speak, or the skin down there. What is critical for people to understand when they're recommending a cleanser or cleansing the vulva area.

Therese Clark  18:22

The first always the first critical thing is terminology. I think this is why the gynecologist most of them have been like anti any sort of topical anything because the casual term has been vagina. We know we don't need to cleanse the vagina there is there are some women like my transgender friends who went through reassignment who have similar skin, but maybe they don't have the ability to have discharge. So their vaginas are not as self cleansing. So that definitely is something on our on our list to provide support to. But for the most part, it's the outside. So first and foremost, this skin after you've taken off some hair, the skin is more susceptible to friction. This skin is the thinnest skin on the body. It's near a mucous membrane. So when you think about your outer lips, your labia majora they have it has some keratin, some of that protein, but as you get to that labia menorah, which are the inner lips, and the vest of vestibule, which is like the vaginal entry, it because no keratin. And so and it has I'll just say it it's moist Right?

Shannon O'Brien  19:35

Which is a better word for moist right moist is like the weirdest word to me. It's

Therese Clark  19:40

so weird for the Bifur cake. Okay, but moist. You know,

Shannon O'Brien  19:45

so would you say the same moist?

Therese Clark  19:47

We're just gonna say moist and move on. Sorry, John. Editing editor. Yeah, but But essentially, you know, so that makes it even more absorbent. So when we're saying cleansing we're talking about The outer parts, not just the labia majora, the labia menorah as well, if you look at the labia menorah, she has crevices, wrinkles, it's like her job, or their job or its job to trap contaminants on what like debris, think about toilet paper, you know all the things that happen between when we wake up to going to the bathroom to, you know, intimacy. So this is an area that for some women, it helps to have a cleanser for because water isn't a perfect fix for any everything. And, you know, in our let's say, cleanser, we have, you know, we use a purified distilled water versus what's in your shower, you don't know what's in there. And, and not only that, it has to be attuned to the more acidic pH down there. So it'd be nice to have this one catch all cleanser that you could use on your face, body and down there. But when it's a water based cleanser, you really need to be attuned to a more acidic pH. Because when you're not like we talked about the microbiome before, it can just screw things up, things start to feel dry and itchy. And then all of a sudden, you're like, do I have a yeast infection? Was it the last thing are the shivering? That just happened was it you know, so we're trying to create a cleansing opportunity for women that might need it with ingredients that are more attuned to the lower skin?

Shannon O'Brien  21:24

Okay. Love it. So exfoliation? Yeah, let's talk about exfoliation. So we're not putting St Ives peach, walnut scrub down there, no, or

Therese Clark  21:39

anywhere,

Shannon O'Brien  21:39

nor anywhere, thank you.

Therese Clark  21:42

Unless you're like scrubbing like something off your shoe or something. I'm honestly like exfoliation what I learned in my time in skincare, it's addicting. People get addicted to like exfoliation because it's like, Oh, I'm gonna have brand new this or I'm gonna scrub that zit off or ingrown hair. You know, I think that average consumer or client that you're dealing with has never been taught how to exfoliate. And I'm all for physical scrubs and dry brushing, I just wouldn't provide that yet. Because I don't necessarily think it's my job, I want her to go to you, and you teach her exfoliation. So what we ended up doing is doing an ingrown exfoliator. We're calling an exfoliating ingrown solution actually, that is more of a chemical exfoliator. It's just made with ingredients that are not as harsh. We can't put harsh ingredients on an area that's already sensitive, because it will sensitize most everyone will raise their hand they have sensitive skin, but it's actually not true. Most of us have sensitized our skin over time, whether that's from the things we've used, the medications, we take our age, biological aging, we use, we lose some of these protective mechanisms in our skin. So we have a lactic acid base exfoliator at a pH of four, and the lactic acid is is 3.5%. And that doesn't seem like a lot, that when you have a lower pH, it becomes stronger on skin that's already thin. So it's like why am I putting certain brands that have you know, 10%, glycolic on an area, you know, and look, there are different skin types, maybe somebody holds more oil in their skin than others. But this is a solution that is meant to skin cycle or titrate. So you can use more at the onset and then back off. If you need to get bumps under control if you have more chronic and groans. But what we didn't want to do is give you the 10% and then have somebody use it, you know, twice a day for seven days in a row that can really wipe

Shannon O'Brien  23:46

the skin is feeling and already neurotic. Yeah, and don't forget, like

Therese Clark  23:49

it's all good in your 20s 30s Right. But I'm in I'm you know, mid 40s Now I have some things that are happening that I did not predict where my skin is just more sensitive. And so I don't and then what I didn't realize is oh god that outer skin plays a role in my sex life. Like I didn't know that that would hurt at this point. You know, it's things like that you just don't think about so what we want to do is prevent versus having to treat all the time and that's something that we want to do with this other product that I that was our flagship product but so exfoliation is important, I think especially when you are here, you know doing hair removal, but in a way that's gentle gentler to this area. That can be used all over. Yeah, absolutely can be okay, some armpits, I score underarms. We have a lot of sugar sugary people that sugar faces that use it you know post like brows and you know basis. I think in treatment, this is really up to you. We do have estheticians that choose to use this in a treatment like post just to do like one quick wipe for you know Ensuring that skin is clean that there is not that live bacteria and that you can prevent in groans. But that's up to you because every client can be more sensitive than others. Um, some people choose their policies, I'm not going to let my client do anything until they get home. So it's really up to to you and your relationship with your client.

Shannon O'Brien  25:22

Okay, let's talk hydration. Let's talk about this beautiful oil that you have my flagship product, a flagship product. So I think it's really important for estheticians to remember that so much happens when you send your client home, right. And you want them to cleanse you want them to exfoliate, but there's so many things that happen. Genes are rubbing it, they're in perimenopause, they're in menopause, they're dry, they're they've got all kinds of, you know, some of the hairs coming back out that used to be shaved, and it's itchy and irritated, irritated. This product for majority of I would say all of women is amazing as that like I just want to put something to stop the itch, make it feel better. It's like that, that little love in a jar in a bottle. And I've really, really enjoyed that my clients feedback on it my own feedback on it. And you know, if I just need something to just make the kitty happy. This is a product

Therese Clark  26:35

that definitely will occur for sure. And all good ways talk about

Shannon O'Brien  26:38

how why this makes the giddy happy. Yeah,

Therese Clark  26:41

I mean, look at the end of the day. When I went through I did my fair share waxing Sugaring that I did laser hair removal. And now in batch sugar eight because I couldn't even finish it the girl it was so it was so painful. They didn't have the right machines at the time. But then they put they put numbing cream on you and then send you off. And then I was like ouch like so part it was an ouch factor. Part of it was like, I'm just a little itchy. My skin's like dry and itchy. I have a peloton I was doing that, you know, you're just get kind of banged up. But you know, as I you know, was delving into the research on vulvar skin, we lose a lot of these important lipids, these essential fatty acids, these Semites in our faces and our bodies by the time we're like 32, we lose like 65%. And, you know, an important component of your protective innate immune system is its ability to retain moisture, and keep that acid mantle healthy for the good bacteria. So it all works together. And so after anytime you do any grooming, you're just disturbing the piece that you just are, whether you like it or not. So it's important to just restore the barrier. And I love how in the 10 years that from medical to now, I've seen just way more emphasis on protect the skin barrier, don't annihilate it, to get to those fibroblasts to create collagen in fact, a lot of the keratinocytes that live on your barrier are talking to those fibroblasts and so if you cut off communication, you're going to have less good stuff so part of this was to get out of that get that out ouch factor out and part of it was to maintain skin integrity and keep hydration of the skin and so the oils in here and more skin compatible meadowfoam seed oils not only great for skin and mimics even like hobo oil does but also it's really conditioning to hair and hair follicles because not everybody takes hair off there is an an ingredient called tam a new oil avenues from nut that's the one thing there's it's an oil from a nut. I liked this better than tea tree. In fact, the plant expert I worked with who is world renowned I'm I signed an NDA, we went back and forth for a year on this formula and then it took about another year to scale it for the right nuance. But we purposely this person purposely left out tea tree left out lavender. These are ingredients that in theory are good in doses that aren't good for daily use, and we can get the same bacteria, antiseptic qualities without drying the skin. There's Evening Primrose in here high end gamma linoleic acid, really good for women who because we lose you know we lose stuff and so skin starts to lose its elasticity elasticity. We want elasticity down there so long acting I've never done a cartwheel and we there's a lot happening giving birth all the things and so you know and then there's this Ira Vedic Vedic inspired blend knows a couple of ingredients here. Like what turns out this coral color is not some artificial dye. It's an ingredient called Melia as irata extract that is like a deep red color. So when it gets put in here, it turns this coral color it'll vary from batch to that batch with along with a couple other ingredients like that's what's putting out that itch or that Bernie feeling. And then there's sesame oil in here. That's dermatologist study for its ability to Help like second degree burns. So like if you burn yourself with a curling iron this so I use this as my like sort of Rejuvenating oil my face down there. I use it post sunburn people use it I have moms that tell me they're using instead of desert 10 But you know I don't really mark it to two children but I will say like my my niece we live by the beach and she was like this inner carrying member when you could just go like this and and now you can't you have to keep it in like oh god something's happening down there. But I can't tell anyone and I can't She's like an auntie my bowl that my evolvus itchy. And what's cuz she had a buttload of sand in her bathing suit. And she had all this redness. So she put a little oil on it took it away. I'm not marketing to kids, but she's my niece. So you know, carte blanche. But I think it's just that perfect ingredient that not only replenishes the skin barrier, essential moisture, but the oil that you can take with you for everything.

Shannon O'Brien  30:58

I love that. It really truly is. It's yeah. Yeah, I can't live without it. And we are putting it on the shelves at my sugar mamas location, because it is something else. So one of the exciting things besides just everyone getting to meet you is the next product that you've just launched last week. And you know, we're not sex coaches, we're not diagnosing anything as estheticians and cosmetologists. But we are women. And I am so excited that we're talking about this. And this is going to open a whole nother area for us is sexual wellness. And I think it's really critical for estheticians to have products that are going to be safe for the masterpieces that we are working so hard to create. So if I am going to have this beautiful area sugared part to perfection, and it's got a beautiful little martini glass shape or, or a landing strip or whatever, and I've got this beautiful canvas and I've sugared it perfectly. I want to make sure that it stays that way. And I want to make sure that like it's going to get used. And so it needs to be used in a way that is safe and healthy. And I really want to make sure that people have products available to them that are safe for their sexual wellness. So congratulations on your new product. Do tell.

Therese Clark  32:35

Thank you so much. Yes, I'm not a sex coach. In fact, I remember that saying like, she's a lady in the streets and a freak in the sheets. I'm now like a freak in the streets on a lady and I'm so like, not as sex coach right now. But you know, ironically, you know, this brand was always it has always talked about sex. And since the get if you go to our Instagram, you can see we kind of ride a little bit of the fringes there. We're approachable clinical, but we do talk for women. And a very important part of being a woman is pleasure. And so we want to be able to talk about that and have things that enhance that pleasure, whether it's self pleasure, a pleasure with a partner, whatever you choose, we created a serum, intimate serum it it's so I love this formula. It enhances natural lubrication and you might not think you need it like there is a fun factor to this. It's just fun and makes BJs easier because you you can actually solve naturally Ken Ham jobs easier and like whatever you want to do, but it's also attuned to our our natural lubrication that we could lose like I have from issues perimenopause disease, you know, and so this is a must have for me and I wanted to create a water based formula to start because it's more toy and condom compatible. And I know there's oil based ones out there too, that I that I've used. But I noticed that as I looked in the market and by the way, we weren't we weren't the only ones that wanted this. This has been the most highly requested product from us as of late as well as from our esthetician is because a lot of you talk to your clients about everything and as you're becoming more of the expert in their minds of being this their go to Brazilian sugar expert they're gonna ask you more questions on what to do at home probably and I've seen a lot of issues come through because of bad lube. Bullock full of crap and a big ingredient that we love everywhere else but this area and why it's why it's and none of our products is glycerin. Glycerin feeds yeast infections, glycerin can take a lot of that moisture from this area. So what we wanted to do is omit glycerin. This also has a pH of four. So tune to vulva vaginal pH. It also has lactic acid, which is, you know, helps maintain that pH and helps keep good bacteria thriving. So it can help protect better against like the infections of the world like UTIs and things. And it has tremella mushroom extract, which is an aloe, but tremella is getting a lot of news, because not only is it prebiotic, so it feeds the good bacteria, it also gives it more plant like playtime, more moisture. So it has all the components and the formula is just, you know, it's just really nice and flippy. And it doesn't get sticky or gross, like some of those other loops. So I was edible. Yeah, I alluded to edible, I'm not supposed to say that. But it's, it's been in every orifice in my body. But there's a lot of people tested, all of our products are germ tested, but we don't orally test our products. But you know, you can kind of infer,

okay, so what I love about this is it gives us an option as Sugaring professionals to provide a product that takes it to the next level at home. Right. So if they're using cheap products, throughout their sexual excursions, they're there. They love making, if they're using poor products eat on their toys on each other. And it's getting down there that's causing irritation that's causing poor pH balance that's causing all kinds of problems spreading of bacteria, and then we're in a bad cycle again, and they miss their appointments because their parents don't feel good. And that's not helpful for business. Like we got to think about it in that way too. Right. So I can sell a product to these clients now that is really great for them is honestly really great for my business. Yeah, if you can keep the kiddies happy. You have happy clients and they need you. They don't just want to come to you. They need you because you keep their parts happy. And you make their partners happy because the parts are happy. It's a whole cycle friends, it is a whole cycle. You make that kitty smooth, you keep it happy when it's home, it comes back in if it is in good shape as dietitians. It is easier to sugar. Exactly. If your skin is healthy, it is easier to sugar and slide that hair out in the direction of hair growth as we know that sugar does. So if we're going to be dropping the wax stick and putting sugar out there on two parts. We want to make sure that all of the homecare is supporting that as well. And you will have client loyalty infinitum as far as I'm concerned. Absolutely. And

it's so great that this community is open to the sexual wellness piece because like you said, you don't have to teach sex. It's really about the wellness that has always been missing in women's health. When it comes to sexual wellness. It's the wellness it's like what do I use? You know, who can I talk to you about this or you know, I gotta love my I got to take care of my my vulva in order to you know, have more pleasure because if you don't and you start to fear it you don't look at it. You don't feel around, you don't know if you know and all of a sudden you develop like a bump. Let's say you don't know if it's an ingrown or an STD like you have to be attuned to it. And I think what I love about since my in my role since I started Sugaring, I look at it more I touch, touch and more. I want to know what's going on down there more. And so that kind of closes the loop on on your whole body health. It's a holistic thing. And this is such a big center of our our happiness and pleasure.

Shannon O'Brien  38:58

You know, I always tell people, when they asked me about sugar, I'm like, Girl, trust me you want to have get your swagger back. You want to get your swagger back. And when you're finished Sugaring, you're gonna dance around and be like, Oh, this feels good. Well, if you have bad bacteria, and if you have irritation down there, you are not going to get your swagger back, I can sugar you all day long. But if I'm not providing you the right products to keep it happy, it's just not going to it's just not coming full circle. So I am thrilled out of my brain that you have created these products for us because it really does give us proper homecare and really does help our businesses to be able to provide something that's going to be safe for people at home. It's doesn't just smell pretty. It actually works. So I cannot thank you enough on behalf of the Sugaring industry and women everywhere and actually probably probably partners everywhere. Thank you for creating this because really truly it is answering. You know that need that people just maybe don't want it Talk about, but guess what? When they drop their jurors, and they jump up on my sugar table, they talk about everything.

Therese Clark  40:06
